At KB Custom Computers we advertise quality products and are committed to providing you with exactly that.  We’re so confident that our custom gaming computers are truly high quality that we’re willing to stand behind them with a 3 year parts and labor warranty on all custom computers we sell. While other companies would charge extra for these services, KB Custom Computers includes all warranty costs with the original purchase of any computer system. 

Note: Warranties on peripherals such as printers, speakers, and monitors are provided by their perspective manufacturer. 

Warranty Period

The warranty on your custom computer begins on the date that we ship your computer from our facilities. This way, KB Custom Computers will cover any damage that could occur in shipping.  All custom computers that we ship from our facility are insured through the carrier. Any damage that occurs durring shipping should be reported to KB Custom Computers immediatly and we'll handle the claim.

Parts and Labor Warranty

All of our custom gaming desktop computers come with a free 3 year parts and labor warranty .  This means that KB Custom Computers will cover the costs of any defective hardware reported during the term of the warranty (software not included in warranty).  If a component is found to have failed or be defective, KB Custom Computers will replace the part with a new part, not a reconditioned one, free of charge.  KB Custom Computers will also cover any labor costs to repair your custom computer. 

Shipping for Warranty Service

If you require warranty service within the first 30 days of the warranty period, we will pay to have your computer shipped to and from our facilities for repair. During this time, KB Custom Computers will pay for standard ground shipping each way; if you wish to have expedited shipping you can choose to pay the difference.

Replacement Parts and Hardware

If we determine that a component is defective and that you are confident at your ability to swap out the part we will simply send you a replacement part to you as an advance RMA.  We will send you a shipping label with your replacement part so that you can return the defective part at no cost to you.  An advance RMA must be secured with a credit card; if we do not receive the defective part within 15 days of the day you received the replacement part then your credit card will be charged for the cost of the replacement part.  We recommend not trying to swap out parts unless you have the knowledge and experience to attempt the task.  KB Custom Computers is not responsible for any damage that occurs from improper installation or uninstallation of defective parts.

Repairs

If we determine that your custom computer needs to be returned to our facilities within the first 30 days of the warranty period for service then we will pay to have your computer shipped to and from our facility.  After 30 days you must cover shipping costs. 

We have two options for getting your computer shipped back to us for repair. 

We can email you an electronic label that you can print out, attach to your packed computer system and take the package to your nearest FedEx Ship center.  The second option is to have FedEx come to you with a label and pick up your packaged computer for shipment back to us. 

All returns must have an authorization number written clearly on the outside of the packaging.

Important! 
It is important that you save your original packaging in case shipment of your system is needed.  The packaging is specially designed to keep your computer safe from damage during shipment.  KB Custom Computers is not responsible for damage to your computer in shipment back to us.  We will not ship your computer back to you with insufficient packaging, therefore, if we receive your system without proper packaging, we will provide sufficient packaging for a small fee. 

Limitations of Liability

KB Custom Computers is not responsible to damage to your computer cause by accidents, misuse, abuse, or any kind of natural disaster.  Modifications, BIOS or firmware upgrades, overclocking, viruses, spyware, malware, and any other software problems are not covered by KB Custom Computers.
