For the life of the warranty of the computer system KB Custom Computers will provide technical support on all of the custom gaming computers that we sell. We will be glad to help you out with any hardware problems you may be having. Unfortunatly our technical support is not extended to issues with software at this time. How long does it take to get my computer system from you guys?
We will ship your new custom computer to you within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the order. From there it will depend on the shipping method that you chose for delivery. What is covered by your warranty?
KB Custom Computers provides a free 3 year warranty on all of our custom gaming computers. This covers all hardware, and labor required for repair of your computer system to its new condition. Read more on our warranty page.

Does KB Custom Computers use proprietary components like Dell does?
No. Dell does this so that you must have repairs done through them and make more of a profit off of you. KB Custom Computers only uses components that anyone could find in their local computer repair shop. We do not manufacture any components that give us a monopoly on your computer system. Can I extend the warranty on my custom gaming computer?
Yes. We offer an extended warranty on all of our custom gaming computers that extends the original warranty an additional 2 year. So if you are looking for a piece of mind that will last 5 year you should definatly look into this option. They are an additional $298.00 to the cost of the computer system. You may extend your warranty any time before the original 3 year warranty runs out. If you are interested contact our sales department and they can set you up.

Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
No. To prevent fraud we can only ship your computer system to the address that your credit card company has on file. You can contact your credit card company and add a verified address.

What is the best way to contact KB Custom Computers?

Why not just build my own custom gaming computer?
This is a good question that we get quite frequently. In fact we wrote a whole article concerning this question.

What should I do if my computer system arrives damaged?
If you notice any significant damage to the package when it arrives please refuse to accept delivery of it from the driver. Then contact us immediatly. If you have already signed for the package when you notice the damage to the computer email us immediatly and if possible take pictures of the damage and send them to us. We will set up an RMA and get the problem taken care of as fast as possible.

What is your return policy?
Within 30 days of purchase you may return your custom gaming computer for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all returns due to the high amount of labor involved in building a custom computer system. All returns must be in as new condition with the original packaging and all the manuals or spare parts that came with it. Activated software and shipping costs are not refundable. Peripherals such as monitorys, speakers, and keyboards are not eligable for return.
