RMA Policies and ProcedureReturn Policy

KB Custom Computers will accept returns on any custom gaming computers sold within the 30 days of shipping them from our facility. With the ammount of labor that goes into building these systems there will be a 15% restocking fee on all computers returned. KB Custom Computers does not accept returns on perepherals sold with our computers such as but not limited to monitors, speakers, and external hard drives. Activated software and shipping fees also cannot be refunded.

If you would like to return your gaming computer to us you must submit an RMA request for return. KB Custom Computers will not accept any returns without an RMA number. After you submit a request for return we will email you and RMA number to write on the outside of the packaging that you are returning the computer in. Note: We highly recomend you save the original packaging that your gaming computer came in as it will protect it durring shipping. Damaged computer systems will be refused for return. All returns must have all the original cables, manuals, and disks with them or their cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return for Repair

If you would like to return your custom gaming computer to us for repair you must obtain an RMA number by submiting a request for RMA. When we receive this we will send you an RMA number for you to write on the outside of the box you'll be shipping it in. We cannot repair any computer system without an RMA number. If you are seeking repair within 30 days of purchasing your computer we will also send you a prepaid shipping lable for you to attatch to the outside of the box. Then just take it to your local FedEx shipping center and we'll take care of the rest. Note: We highly recomend you save the original packaging that your gaming computer came in as it will protect it during shipping. KB Custom Computers is not responsible for damage that occurs in shipping.

Returns for repair are not required to have all disks, manuals, and cables returned. You will be updated on the status of repairs via email. All repairs are usualy completed within 5 days of recieving the computer system. Within the first 30 days of the warranty period all shipping charges will be on us. After the first 30 days of warranty service, you will be responsible for paying to ship the computer to and from our facility.

If we determine what component in your computer system is at fault and you feel comfortable replacing that part yourself then we can arrange to RMA that part alone. We only recomend this option if you feel you can replace the component without doing harm to the computer system. We will ship you the component in exchange for the failed one. If we do not recieve the malfunctioning component within 14 days your credit card will be charged for the cost of that component.

RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days so all returns must be shipped to us within 14 days.
