RMA and ReturnsBefore filling out the RMA form you should read the guidlines below and also make sure that you are familiar with KB Custom Computers policies and procedures regarding RMAs and Returns. -Computers returned without and RMA number will be refused
-We do not accept returns on perepherals like monitors and speakers
-All returned computers will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
-Activated software and shipping are not refundable
-Systems must be returned with everything they came with, missing
items will be deducted from the total refund amount
-Computers returned for repair do not require cables or manuals
