Build ScheduleKB Custom Computers ships most every custom gaming computer that we build within 5 to 7 business days of recieving the order.
Because technology in the industry can literaly change overnight we do not keep a lot of inventory of parts on hand. We only stock our most popular components and some computer cases. This way we have found that we are more able to stay on top of the new technology that is coming out so that we can make it available to you the day it comes out. The down side to this is that we have to order most of the components from our supplier in California. Once ordered the components take 2 business days to arrive. Assembly usually requires 1 day and testing will take 1 to 2 days.
The ammount of time required for your new custom computer to reach you after we ship it is dependent entirely upon the shipping method you chose at the time of purchase. You may change your shipping any time up to the day the custom computer ships from our facility.
Possible Delays
We know your time is very important so we try to the deadlines on every custom gaming computer that we sell. However, there are rare times when there can be a delay in the build process. There are times when components are back ordered, or there is a problem processing a credit card. Usually in the case that there is a back ordered part we will often times give you a free upgrade so that we can meet our deadline. Credit card issues are typicaly solved quickly. In the event that there is a delay we will keep you up to date on the situation but we do not give discounts for missed deadlines.
