KB Custom Computers was founded by Kraig Britton in June of 2006. Like a lot of businesses in this country we started out small and have worked tirelessly to for growth

Values and Ethics

Kraig Britton wanted his business to mirror his own values and ethics. Raised on a farm Kraig learned solid values and ethics at an early age. We know that hard work will always pay off that is why we are never hesitant to go the extra mile to earn your trust. If you cannot trust us then we have no legs to stand on so we work tirelessly to ensure that our product is superior, our service second to none, and that because our service and product is superior we will stand behind it.

Superior Product

Computers are not one size fits all hence the term custom computer. With KB Custom Computers around there is no reason why anyone should have to settle on a computer. We’re able to build the computer exactly how you want it and all the hardware we put into your computer is completely upgradable if you decide you want more power in the future. We don’t use any proprietary parts unlike the big box companies.

We’re a unique company in that we sell a product but do not employ any sales people to sell it. We believe that our product is superior to others so it will sell itself. We track the rate of failure on all the hardware we use in our custom computers so that we only use the most reliable products available in the industry. With our 3 year warranty we wouldn’t be able to stay in business without using the best parts available. We also take the time to thoroughly test and retest every computer before we ship it out. If it doesn’t pass the test then it doesn’t get shipped out until it does.

Superior Service

You won’t find any sales people here so there is no motivation to sell you something that you have no need for. Our people are only motivated to provide the best possible service. Simply put, you tell us what you want and we find solutions to meet your needs. There are over a million combinations of configurations available to you when you configure a custom computer. The number one goal of our people is to help you find your perfect combination of hardware that meets your computing needs and minds your budget.

The standard today is for a company to outsource its support. We do not and never will. The same people who provide you with support and service are usually the same people responsible for building your computer. There are times when you’re likely to speak with the founder of the company when you need help. We are very accessible, so in the event that you do have problems, we’re here to help.
