We started our business here in 2004 in Beaverton, Oregon. Since then we have grown but we will be the first to admit that we are not a large company. We expect to keep growing as any business would hope for, but we do not want to outgrow our commitment to customer service. KB Custom Computers was started on the idea that computers are not "one size fits all" and that you shouldn't have to settle for substandard computer parts and service when buying a computer system. So we decided that we would only use the very best components in our custom gaming computers, provide a high level of customer service, and stand behind it all with a free 3 year parts and labor warranty.

We will only put components into your computer that we would put into our own. We wouldn't offer a 3 year parts and labor warranty on all of our custom gaming computers it we didn't think that all the components would last at least that long. We keep track of all the components we sell and the amount of them that have failed so that we can make adjustments to our component list on a moments notice if we find they are not living up to our standards.

Integrity:
KB Custom Computers doesn't believe in high pressure sales tactics or lying to make a sale. As a matter of fact we don't even have any sales people working for us. Our team is hear to find the right computer to fit your exact needs, nothing more, nothing less. You do not have to worry about someone trying to sell you something that you don't actually need.
